So I am doing a tax return in which the spouse has two Schedule C forms. Federal Depreciation is all Special Depreciation BUT Iowa has a problem with that so they use another method and there is a depreciation adjustment for Iowa.
Now, when I prepared the Federal and went to Iowa, ProSeries does not support a spouse with two 4562A forms? There are two different businesses going on here. There are two different 4562A forms.
Since it does not support two Schedule C business ventures with Depreciation, I now have to Hand file the Iowa Return.
Can you believe this? Pay all this money for a tax program and it has such limitations?
