    Seeking help from VA pros

    Client has a partnership K1 from VA rental property for a few hundred dollars. The amount is not taxable on 1040 because of years of passive losses. Am I correct to assume I don't need to file with VA?

      It IS VA-sourced income. Did you look-up when a VA return is required? How much taxable income? If VA requires a return, don't you have years of VA passive losses?
