Form 944 for a church

Filled out the 944, put check in, and mailed to address in the software. Also checked the IRS website for address and the same as software. Church mailed to that address and had it returned saying no known address and could not forward. Internal Revenue Service PO Box 932100 Louisville, KY 40293 What should I do now?

that's the address I used. Guess I'll put in new envelope and try again?

Be sure to keep the original envelop as proof of on time filing.

got another return, form 943 with payment. called IRS, they have no clue why they weren't delivered. he said the same thing, keep the original envelope.
