South Carolina Credit or Deduction for Child Care Expenses

I've got a South Carolina client who paid child care expenses for 2 minor children to enable him to work. Wife was terminally ill and unable to work and located in a different state for medical treatment that didn't live in the household.
Client received the pertinent info for Federal child care credit.
I was asked by client whether there's a South Carolina tax benefit for those expenses.
I'm not a South Carolina practitioner.

Is there a South Carolina tax form or schedule that this information goes on - or does it take the information from the Federal credit?
