    Cost segregation study

    Has any one had a cost segregation study done? If so was it worth it? And who did you use I am located in Northeastern PA

      None of my clients have buildings valuable enough to benefit. But, for PA I've had multiple classes from Eric P. Wallace, CPA, 412-977-6644 EricW@ericwallacecpa.com @ EricPWallace www.tprtoolsandtemplates.com https://www.ericpwallacellc.com/. Not sure cost segregation is Eric's specialty, though. Also, I seem to be on a email list for KBKG in CA, but they may be all over the country.
