Can I still submit an amended return for 1065 for 2015

You can always file an amended return. However, if the amendment results in lower K-1 income for partners, the last day to for them to file an amended 1040 for refund is 4/15/19, unless they filed an extension for 2015 returns.

Thanks for the reply Kathyc: I thought the statue of limitation was 3 yrs.: wasn't sure if it was April 15th or October 15th. I just realized I missed something on the 2015 return: since the income would be lower K1. I am out of luck...
