Lifetime Learning Credit older child ?

Im tired and probably over thinking crap. Here is situation. Have parents with 25 year old son. They claimed the son for 4 years of AOTC. Child graduated at 23 in 2016. In 2017 at age 24 the son decided to postpone "Masters" and work and travel a little. Made over limit and claimed self that year. Now for 2018 the son (age 25) was in college all year working on Masters. Made only $3200 and lived with parents and they foot the school bill. I know they can claim the son for ODC, and I'm 99.9% sure they can claim "Lifetime Learning Credit" . Am I missing an age stipulation or something else that would prohibit them doing so ?

I see no problem in claiming learning credit for 25 year old--I just claim credit for 39 year wife going back
    to school.
Here is a link for learning credit

How about a 15 year old who took a college course and received 1098-T, can parents claim Lifetime Learning?
