HOH for child born in October 2019

Client's child was born in October 2018. She is single with no dad in the picture. She is the sole person supporting the child. I know she can claim the child for the whole year even though born at the end of the year. Can she still claim HOH even though the child was born in October?

Thank you for the response. I did read Pub 17,pg 25 and thought it would be ok. With all the rules, I am starting to question myself on these things.
