To complete a partnership tax return, Which form is completed first? the 1040 or 1065

1065 because that is due 3/15 and then the K1 goes into 1040 due 4/15. Some times the 1065 is put on extension and that will extend the 1040 as well.Taxes after all are the dues that we pay for the privileges of membership in an organized society. - FDR -
