        It would be helpful to know more about your situation. When did it begin? Was it operating as a business every year it existed? What activity was there in the final year?

          See TTB 20-17 “Terminating a Partnership” and also see if state laws may apply. Consider getting Professional advice from a Tax Attorney for your specific scenario.

            Among other things, you should have marked the 2017 1065 final.
