Deducting business mileage as a Partner

How do you deduct business mileage for a partner in a partnership. In this case the partner uses his personal car for business about 60% of the time.

First you want to make sure the partnership agreement states that the partner is responsible for these expenses and the partnership will not reimburse. Then I take them on page 2 of Schedule E.
