regarding the new Centralized Partnership Audit Regime for partnership. Does anyone know how to file a final 2018 return? If the partnership is terminated, partnership cannot pay tax. If elect out, my client cannot because one of the partners is a partnership so it is not eligible. What do we do? I cannot find any IRS guidance.
