    Non Refundable Plug in Electric Car credit

    I have a client that purchased a EV car and is wanting to claim the credit but I am having issues. My tax program is only coming up with a $83 credit from starting credit of 7500. I have 100% for line 4b. The instructions from IRS form 8936 are not very helpful.there has not been 200,000 of these cars sold in the US. I a hoping someone here has dealt with this before. Client is from GA. I have never dealt with auto credits. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

          I Finally figured it out. My tax program was using 1% instead of 100%. All is good now. Thank you!
