1099 MISC - attorney fees

My understanding of amounts to be reported on the 1099 MISC in regards to attorney fees is as follows:

Report any attorney fees in Box 7 for services provided

Report any amounts paid to attorneys as an example settlement that the attorney is collecting on behalf of his clients in Box 14
