    With the partial government shutdown, is Form 2848 still being processed by the IRS?

      Doubtful. Pages 11 and 12 list out essential and non-essential services. This contingency plan was through 12/31. They'll likely need to prepare a new one. https://home.treasury.gov/system/fil...2018-12-03.pdf
