    inheritance exclusion

    does the inheritance exclusion double for MFJ or does it remain at15K?

      Inheritance exclusion? If you are talking about gift exclusion, each individual can gift $15K per person per year without it being claimed on a gift tax return. Inheritances are not taxable and there is no limit.
