Trivia on signature line, what is that little triangle symbol called?

On the Form 1040 and other U.S. tax returns, there is usually a little triangle on the printed form that points to the right, to indicate the signature line where the taxpayer should sign. I called it a "diamond" the other day but was corrected, since it is really a triangle. Is there a name for this symbol?
