    New S Corp

    Good Afternoon,

    Must likely a simple question, I have two clients going together to start a new business, want to start as an S Corp. I filed and received EIN, waiting on State of FL for Articles of incorporation. Open day for their business was 3/20/2018. I have 2 Months and 15 days from March 20, 2018 to file the 2553 correct?

      access to TheTaxBook ? If yes, see tab 19-4. Also, TheTaxBook tab 19 and other tabs has additional info related to
      S Corps. What reference material have you been using and does it cover S Corps?
