EMPLOYER IS MAKING A $54,000 CONTRIBUTION TO HIS SEP. His $54,000 contribution is only 10 % of his income. Although he has selected to take 25% or $54000 which ever is less, does he have to contribute 25% of his employee's wages, or can he contribute 10% of the employee wages, since technically he is only contributing 10% of his income?
