    SSI Income - HOH

    A person receiving SSI benefits that would be over $4,050 - can the person be taken as a dependent under Head of Household rules for qualifying relatives?

      Yes (assuming the Head of Household rules are met).

      SSI and non-taxable Social Security do not count towards the $4050 limit to determine if a person is a Qualifying Relative.
