I don't expect TTB mailing out another spiral bound book containing the TCJA additions for the 2017 edition Call versions). I do expect the 2018 version will be significantly different so hang on to your 2017 version for reference to the past laws in future years! You may need it if you are doing any prior year returns or amendments.

The 2/1/18 are new 2017 acts and regulations. I think it will have to be spiral.
