Josh, this is too incredible to believe, but under no school or workshop under the Tennessee Board of Regents (6 colleges) is there a Tax Seminar offered who can give me 16 CPE credits. Not even the Univ of Tennessee in Knoxville.
So I have turned to North Carolina State. They offer three levels of tax seminars at various dates and towns across NC. I have selected the "Intermediate" level in Asheville for November 27-28. Asheville is, of course, the closest town for me, but if I had to go to Charlotte I could. I'm thinking about staying at Lake Lure - a little bit cold in November but cheap as this would be the "off-season." Alternatively, Asheville itself is a tourist mecca, with thousands of motel rooms, so I could just as easily stay there.
You are not (by chance) attending a NC State Seminar, are you?
