    1095-B and 1095-C forms have once again been given an extended due date of 3.2.18. Geez!

    Throw Due Diligence Out the Window

    Kathy, I really don't care what kind of sloppy analysis gets done with my clients who are waiting on their 1095 forms. I'm not going to put up with IRS scrutiny when they continue year-after-year letting these Fortune 500 companies off the hook. These huge insurance companies have known for five years this has to be done.

    If you are a large institution (corporate, govt, educational, financial, medical, whatever) you are immune from the IRS, and it is we they expect to make things right.
