    Boyriend Moves in With Girlfriend -EIC?

    Girlfriend was receiving a rather large EIC and then boyfriend moved in. Is this probably an automatic cancellation of the EIC credit. Is it the boyfriend's added income that would disqualify her or greatly reduce the credit?

      Your question is not clear. Why would girlfriend's EIC be changed by boyfriend moving in? Is she is claiming HOH with dependent children that are boyfriend's? BF and GF are two separate individuals and should be submitting two separate tax returns.
