    Expiring Clock to file 2013

    When is the three-year SOL going to expire for 2013? April 15th or April 18th of this year?

    If you know the answer, please just answer. At this point, I don't have time for a link to a 60-page publication, or ask the client, consult with the local sheriff or anything else. Thank you for a prompt response.

    From the IRS: "To collect the money, taxpayers must file a 2013 tax return with the IRS no later than this year's tax deadline, Tuesday, April 18."
