5498 SA and 1099 SA

Client got each of these forms. 5498 SA has the amount of $2040 in box 2 and HSA marked in box 6.. 1099 SA has the amount of $2009 in box 1, box 3 has Distribution Code as 1 and in Box 5 the HSA box is checked.
Can somebody help me as to what to do with these forms?

Ignore the 5498. Enter the 1099-SA into your software.

Be sure to tell your software that all distributions were used for Qualified Medical Expenses (assuming that is actually true), or it will create a penalty.

If you don't know how to enter it in your software, you can tell us which software you use and maybe somebody could point you in the right direction.
