If you purchase both the Deluxe Edition Book, and the Deluxe Edition CD, they qualify for the 2 book price at $62 each. Plus, by purchasing before 9/1, you take $4 off each, or $58 for each. $58 + $58 = $116 total for both, plus shipping.
