    Can you deduct Aflac-cancer ins premium and Aflac intensive care ins premium?

      If it is the type of policy that pays medical expenses, then yes. If it is an income-replacement policy, no.

          You also need to look at whether it is processed through payroll at the employer's as a pre-tax item

              Thank you. I did more research and found out it's not deductible.
