As soon as you said, "no replies needed", I knew I had to reply.

SnagIt from techsmith is a very versatile tool. It will capture many kinds of scrolling windows. It also has a nice feature where you can record everything that happens on your Windows desktop for as long as you wish, with audio commentary -- I have used this successfully to create a 2-minute on-the-fly video tutorial for a client on how to perform a specific infrequent task in Quickbooks.

I suspect there are other good products out there. As long as we're not spamming the forum, I hope it's OK to share the info.

Thank You, I just went to SnagIt, briefly watched their video, I WILL go back there

PrintScreen is similar, but more for Print Screening from monitor to Paper, PDF, send directly in email.
ALL the screens in QBooks & Lacerte that Do NOT print

My favorite is OneNote from Microsoft, which you can get for free. I can snip parts of the screen or the whole screen and even copy entire webpages, not to mention I can type notes, keep pictures, sound recordings, and all kinds of info in one place.

It also has a fairly good OCR capability to read text in clips and pictures, and makes everything searchable.
