    1099m royalties

Client has a 1099M that has royalties on it AND non-employee compensation. Do I do a SCH C for the non-employee compensation. I put it in my program on the same worksheet I put the royalties but that income didn't carry anywhere.

Thanks for your help in advance.

Software should handle this. Each 1099MISC box should have a drop-down to send it to the proper form on the return. Check again. If not, you need to input manually. What software do you use?

Burke, I use Taxwise and I looked and looked and it didn't carry it anywhere.
