    Child and Dependent Care Credit Eligibility

    My client dependent's is his mother 50 years old and disable. he pay for dependent care for her during time he is working. Is he eligibility for the 2441 form?

      Yes. Child and Dependent Care Credit. Also, check to see if your employer offers a dependent care benefit.
