Client sold vacation property in PA for a gain. Non-resident return.

I have a couple errors I can't seem to get rid of:
Line 27 Penalties- how do I have it not compute? There can't really be a penalty if no 2015 PA liability can there?

Fed/State depr adj- This is flowing through from federal for a non-PA property. How do I make the error go away?

Just kept clicking on things and got the errors to go away!

I imagine it was a box in the depreciation screen. The navigation to select multi state dep. in the screen is kind of crazy in PS.
