    Question for CO preparers

W-2 shows withholding for local Denver tax. I'm not seeing where that goes on state 104 form. Is there a separate city return that needs to be filed to reconcile? They actually live in Arvada if that makes any difference.

    Thanks.

I am interested in the answer also because a family member just moved to Denver this year and I will most likely be doing her return next year.

From what I read at the Denver Treasury website, it is a flat tax that is deducted from paychecks of people who work in Denver. The employer is responsible for sending the money to the City. No tax form.
