Lacerte Invoice Additional Charges

In Settings/Items to print
1.Click on the Settings menu option.
2.Select Client Invoice.
3.Select the Invoice you want to change from the left column.
4.Click on the tab for Additional Charges.
5.Add or Remove line item descriptions and charges.
6.Close the Client Invoice Setup window - you will be prompted to save, click 'Yes".

I've done this but NO line, nor amount shows up on the invoices

That's good to know about Lacerte; I'm sure glad my software works properly with regard to this feature! Six years after signing up in the forum, thank you for contributing your first post.

Sounds like an issue for tech support of the software company ... that is what you are paying for. Have you tried them 1st?

Yes, I forgot the site was here,
why was that important
why "did" another software for an insignificant issue

They did address it.
I was posting to see if others had the problem
The problem is:
1) You set default additional charges in the Invoice set up
2) If you forget to insert current fee for service, additional charges are on the Invoice
3) When you insert current fee for service the default additional charges do NOT show on invoice
4) Current work around, has always been there, For any invoice there is an input line for Additional charges
