1095 problem

Father had obamacare for 11 months - received a subsidy. daughter had obamacare for 9 months, no subsidy and the only numbers were in the first column of the 1095. Do I put them both on the 8962? Duaghter was also listed on the mother's 1095 as having insurance all year. I know usually all members of one family are listed together, but these are not. just checking. any guidance appreciated

Yes, that sounds right.

Although in most cases you would need to look up the SLCSP for the combination of the father and daughter, that does not apply in your situation because the daughter had other coverage all year.
