  • Federal poverty line paying back advance premium tax credit

    Family of 2 under 65 only income is SS of 7104. Federal poverty line is 45% received monthly advance payment of premium tax credit with the marketplace on 1095A. Will the advance payment of premium tax credit need to be paid back since the income isn't at 100% Poverty line?
