I e-filed all my client's 1099's through the e-file system. I have two files that are showing "Good, Not Released", with instructions to contact them if we disagree with the count so they can stop the file from being released to the permanent system. I have not idea how to contact them, and on one of the files I need stopped, the count is fine....the amount is wrong.
