    EIC question

    Taxpayers 23 year old daughter lived with her for more than 6 months of 2016. Daughter is a full time student. Military paid daughter's disability, tuition and a living allowance. Does mom qualify for EIC but not dependent exemption? Daughter's income would exceed more than 50% of her support.
