    1099 Misc to Attorney

    Would the fees to Attorney for 1099 Misc include what is paid for court fees and publication notices? All were paid to the Attorney

      I put on their 1099 what TP paid. Afterall it it was a service to tp. my2 cents worth.

          Going with reporting the entire amount paid to Attorney, and the Attorney's Invoice.
