    PTIN System for CPE Credits

    I have attended several webinars in the past couple months. The CPE credits have not been posted to my PTIN account yet. One of the providers of one webinar told me that the PTIN system is being handled by another company so the credits would be posted a few weeks late. However, they still have not been posted. Has anyone else encountered the same, or heard of any changes in this posting issue? Thanks for any help!!

    I had the same thing a couple of weeks ago, and my CPE provider (Checkpoint Learning), said that the IRS is changing or updating their CPE reporting system, and that is why it was not listed.


    I just checked the PTIN page now, and it even says "*NOTE*: The information displayed will not be updated beginning Sept. 14 while we transition to a new CE provider reporting system. Check back soon for the latest information regarding your CE credits. "

      Yes it is frustrating for months. But as long as you keep your CE certificates for support it should be ok
