Drake Louisiana Help

Drake support will not be open until Monday. Furthermore when I pay them every year, they never give me a receipt showing my account number so I can't get on their support page.

In the meantime, if any Drake user reads this who is familiar with Louisiana e-file menu, please tell me how to access the Louisiana direct deposit instructions. They are not on the Federal pages and I can't find them in the State Menu.

My client is a Louisiana resident, and I didn't have this problem last year.

Drake account number

You can find your Drake account number by opening the program and clicking on the menu for "Setup" and then choose "ERO" from the dropdown. Your account number and EFIN must be entered there, otherwise you wouldn't be able to connect and e-file through Drake's server.
