Hello folks. Can you recommend me any reading material or a class to acquire knowledge on preparing tax returns (including acquiring knowledge on tax planning) for Corporations and partnerships? I have a basic knowledge about the theory, however need some higher knowledge and some tax planning ideas.

I have taken TaxMaterials CE before and find it valuable. In fact, when first studying for the EA exam, I didn't have much hands-on experience with entities and I found the chapters on entities in the TaxBook Deluxe edition themselves to be very educational, a great primer including worked-through examples of 1120, 1120S, and 1065 forms."You said it, they'll never know the difference.
