    Fincen reporting

    Client is a manager of an American based security company in North Africa he and a few others have signature authority of a local account. The account exceeds $10,000 do all the people that can sign checks must file form.

    If they are US citizens or Residents, I think the answer is "yes".

      Yes

      Had similar situation. My client, an employee, had signature authority over an account held by the employer. Every year they prepared a foreign bank reporting form and gave it to me. I assume they did this for each employee who had signature authority on that account.
