    lost for 1095-A

    Where does one get a copy of the 1095-A. Web site requires a id # and password. which client does not know hers.
    Cannot seem to find a real live person to talk to in the maket place From Illinois

      If you don't have your 1095A form you can view it online. You can also contact the Marketplace Call Center if you find any errors on your 1095A.
