    bank director fees

    client received a 1099, BOX 3, $2000. he says they are bank director fees. he is an employee of the bank. is this regular income or SE income.

      SE income. Even if he is an employee. Should be box 7.

          1099 just wrong, I put on CEZ and SE, thanks for confirmation
