I have several clients who have received as many as 5 or 6 1095-A forms for the same persons with none of them being marked corrected. Some months have 0's, some have different figures for the same month. I cannot find anything on how to report the months that possibly have 3 different figures on 3 different forms. Any suggestions as how to report this?

I had as many as two
Two different 1095-A forms that I was able to determine were not duplicates. I entered both of them into Drake and the result was a worksheet which compiled the totals from both forms and proceeded to calculate the credit from that.
If you have 5 or 6, it is likely that one or more sets are either duplicates or corrections. I would enter those that you feel are not duplicates or corrections. It is extremely unlikely one person should have more than 2-3.
