    Patenting Tax Advice

    Just wondering, have any of you obtained a patent on your tax advice?
    According to TTB Updates, this seems to be the trend.

      yesterday morning, Bird, but Jack's trounced my advice 21 to bricklayer and, optimistic as I may have been, I can't really think anybody'd be willin' to pay me for it.

          if you had patented your recommendations, then Jack could not have done that.
          You could probably sue him if he tried.
          See what has just happened? More business for those litigational lawyers.
