    Will an Estate tax return that received a refund need to amend to report refund?

    Will an Estate Tax Return (form 1041) that received a refund due to Brokerage firm w/h 20% Fed tax from an IRA payable to the Estate, need to file an amended return to report the refund which is above the exemption?

    Disregard question, I got Fed Refund confused with state refund.
