    K-1's for 1041 for part-year benis

    I can't find anything. 1 beneficiary died in Feb and 2 others were new beneficiaries. Do the same rules apply as for partners?

      Don't understand what you mean by 2 new beneficiaries. Is this a trust or estate? Do you mean there was only one bene who has since died, and now the two "new" ones are contingent beneficiaries due to the death of the first one? Did anyone receive distributions in the tax year?
