    Health insurance

Husband is self-employed; wife is an employee for a big company. They received 1099-B, both were covered for the whole year. Wife's w2 box 12 show: DD 12480, W 6650. If you are covered, can you still have employer contributed HSA?

Sure, you can. HSA just requires a specific health insurance plan. That is independent of minimal essential coverage.
